The 3rd/4th team is excited to be working together again this year. There are many wonderful days ahead of us!  Here is a brief introduction:  Shawnne Pound, a 14 year veteran teacher, has taught grades 1-4, mother of three, is looking forward to spending time with her students.  Anna Berry-Leon, a 20 year veteran teacher at Forest Hills, mother of one, passionate about teaching and creativity, loves to bike and walk while observing the natural world.  Dawn Young, year 2 at Forest Hills, came from Reynolds School District, prior to 3 years at home raising her twins.  Laura Los, a Forest Hills alumni, 5 years teaching experience, has a background in journalism, and a passion for teaching writing and children’s literature.  Lynn Nelson is a veteran teacher with 27 years experience.  She began her career teaching in California and after ten years moved to Lake Oswego where she continued to raise her family, and still resides.  Mrs. Nelson enjoys the creative arts, nature, and animals, but most of all she enjoys teaching children.
